The Epitope Retrival Solution 1 can be used for antigen repair before immunohistochemical staining of formalin fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections to increase the display effect of immunohistochemical experiments.

Epitope Retrieval Solution 1 is a buffer solution containing citrate. It can balance the PH value of the solution and hydrolyze the covalent bond formed during tissue embedding. The elimination of these bonds restores protein molecules and strengthens the binding of primary antibodies to antigens.
